India’s Consumers The World’s Least Satisfied

Indian customers are the world’s least satisfied according to a new global survey.

The latest Zendesk customer satisfaction benchmark indicates that global customer satisfaction has increased to 83% in the second quarter of 2014. While New Zealand had the most satisfied consumers at 93%, Indians were the least satisfied at just 58%.

Of the 32 countries ranked by Zendesk, Singapore was 6th at 90%, the Philippines were 24th (80%), Malaysia was 5th (77%) and Indonesia was 27th (77%).

The benchmark is based on customer service and support interactions from more than 25,000 companies, across 140 countries.
